Can you guess what they are gathered for? Would you believe that this is a crowd that gathered to hear me preach recently? Would you believe that?
No? Well, you’re very astute.
Actually this was part of the crowd coming together for the Drake Bell concert last week at Alabama Adventure theme park. For those of you without kids, this is Drake from the Nick TV show “Drake and Josh.” My daughter, Lizi, loves the show, and this was her first concert ever.
It was a lot of fun, and after we left the concert, we rode a ride or two in the park, nearly got sick, and went home.
There’s nothing like a date with your daughter with 3000 hyper preadolescents, nausea-inducing theme park rides, and muggy Alabama summer heat.
Oh, the memories…
Actually, we had a great time. I love hanging out with my girls!
